The First Chamber course is a 33 week program, it is a progressive and comprehensive introduction to Gnosis covering a wide range of esoteric, psychological and mystical topics grounded in a experiential meditation program. It offers an authentic esoteric grounding, as well as a preparation for the practical work of meditation.  

Each class goes for 1.5 hours and consists of a topic or lecture and a guided meditation or practice.
